The Origin port (overseas loading port) is not available in any Termont data source (N4 TOS, DataWarehouse, ETL).

This data originates from shipping line EDI messages (B/L carrier data) and is only visible on the legacy Logistec WCT portal.

Request: Can the load_port field from VIEW_manifest_bol be populated from EDI feeds in the DataWarehouse? Currently only 8 ports are populated across all records.

Before starting, ensure you have:

Your container number (11 characters, e.g., TGHU1234567)
A valid payment method
Authorization to act on behalf of your company

Step-by-Step Process

Container Lookup: Enter your container number and planned pickup date
Review Charges: Review the calculated storage charges
Process Payment: Complete payment using credit card or company account
Sign Guarantee: Digitally sign the guarantee letter
Download Documents: Download and save all documents for pickup

Tip: Save your confirmation number for quick reference at the terminal.
