Who can register here?

Company OWNER (no existing Termont account): Awesome — register below! You'll set up the organization and become its admin.

Employee, manager, dispatcher (company already has an account): Ask your owner to invite you from their dashboard. It takes 3 clicks. Just like any other company or system in the world — you don't create your own corporate email or HR record, your manager invites you.

Driver / trucker: Same rule — ask your dispatcher or company owner to invite you. Do NOT register yourself.

Freight forwarder, shipping line, B2C industrial, BCO: Same rule — ask your manager to invite you.

Why this matters: Duplicate company accounts break the billing engine and require manual support intervention to fix. The invite flow is one click for your manager and zero hassle for you.

You will receive an email with a link — click it to access a page where a new password will be pre-generated for you (you can also set your own). Important: Make sure to save your new password in a password manager or digital safe to facilitate future logins.

What to expect after submitting

Check your spam / junk folder. Reset emails sometimes land there — especially on the first send to a new domain.

Wait up to 60 seconds. Email delivery isn't instant. Don't click "submit" multiple times — each click resends the email and may delay older copies.

Use the EXACT email you registered with. If you have multiple email addresses (personal + work), try them one at a time. Case doesn't matter, but typos do.
